Where We Came From
Established in 1959, Glos Arch + Eng (formerly Glos Associates) was born from the shared but distinct passions of three brothers — Jerry Glos, Architect; Carl Glos, Civil Engineer; and Martin Glos, Mechanical Engineer. They set out to craft a coordinated multidisciplinary practice rooted in design excellence, authentic collaboration and community leadership.
Today, the Windsor based practice has evolved into a team of 20 talented and dedicated designers, technologists and administrators working together to uphold and advance the values that formed our foundation.

Our team is constantly evolving and raising the bar for what it means to deliver design excellence to our communities. We are real people who have a blast exploring ideas and solving problems.
